Improve alternative names on IC 5146 #130

IC 5146 shows 2 problems with the 'alternative names' field:

Duplicate 'Cocoon Nebula' and 'The Cocoon Nebula'
repetition of the catalog name, IC 5146

The result of this behavior is that this is a scrolling name, which is unnecessary.

Note: fixing these issues on IC 5146 will of course improve it for all other objects
