rITSx

This package is an interface to the ITSx command-line utility from R.

Installation

You can install the development version from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("brendanf/rITSx")

The ITSx tool must be installed in order for rITSx to work. For current installation instructions, see http://microbiology.se/software/itsx/.
