iOS Command / HotKey activation

I just started using this and was trying to understand how to activate the chat in mobile - that is, how to issue the 'Chat' hotkey?

It's mobile compatible and I have enabled on my device.

which was a request to make the interface for issuing Command Palette commands easier

Which made me realize that when in non-text input mode you can click on the 'hamburger' menu in the lower right to issue command palette commands.
Was it the case that a slow drag down with one finger would open the command palatte? I installed the below for more access to the hotkey options in the toolbar:

which would allow for even easier access.
