Don't have much to add yet, but I think I will soon. I'm working on creating weekly check-ins with forms now.

Qualtrics

Why would I want to use Qualtrics when we already have forms? Because Qualtrics has so many more capabilites than Forms. If I can use the API to interact with Qualtrics from Power Automate just as easily as I can interact with Forms, then it seems like the best option.

One potential downside to using Qualtrics is the difficulty around getting the user information (e.g., name, email) into my SharePoint list.

• If I use a Qualtrics survey link, it's anonymous.
• If I use email addresses, then I have to send the emails directly from Qualtrics, which I don't think I want to do.

So, maybe I will go back to using Forms tomorrow.

Is there a way to get Qualtrics data into Power Automate?

• Log into Qualtrics.

• Click on my profile icon in the upper-right corner.

• Click the Qualtrics IDs tab.

• Keep API token.
