Author atom title element should be the same as the author page title element

The title element in the atom document is simple First Last, which looks odd in a variety of scenarios. I would propose that it should be the same as on the author page -- http://blogs.perl.org/users/first_last -- where the element contains "First Last at blogs.perl.org," which is a helpful title.
