You can see that I was able to post proper replies at first, then it started telling me that it couldn't post my comments that contained links, either because my session expired or because it needed to hold my comments for approval of the blog owner, which is me!
I tried this multiple times and you can even see me complaining about it in the comments themselves.
This makes the comments sections nearly unusable, please fix if possible!

I had the same problem (with the "expired session" variant) and I figured that the Preview workflow seems broken. In other terms, if I submit the comment directly from the page it goes through, otherwise if I try to submit it from the Preview page I get the "expired session" problem.
I tried it in these conditions:
logged in blogs.perl.org as a user but not for posting
My account is brand new, I've only created one blog entry so far:
