Visually distinguish between tags that are expandable in tree by default #476

It's visually difficult to distinguish between tags that are expandable and not in the tree view.

I'm suggesting something like this (using fluent-mdl2:tag-group) by default for tags that have children:

dosubot bot added the enhancement label
