Enhancement for image: DNS-01 hooks, first for Route 53

Needs Route-53 domain.

DNS-Hooks: (Examples for DNS 01 hooks)[https://github.com/lukas2511/dehydrated/wiki/Examples-for-DNS-01-hooks]

Requirements:

Route 53 Domain.
Hook Script Route 53.
Additional tooling inside image.
Envs for accessing DNS functionality.
