Dynamically add URLs

We probably want URLs for different projects automatically added to the tool.

I suggest we first host this simply on GitHub (this repo) as a YAML or JSON file. We'll just simply maintain that, and if we want an improved experience (say, we have too many projects there or a host needs to be hidden), in that case, we can host it on our website as a JSON (which is retrieved from Sanity?).
