Strongly recoment to update as this release contain some critical fixes! Especially miners/mining pools

Update dns seeds, update site domain , fix block size , fix tx SIGOPS limit, update check points and some cosmetic fixes.

IMPORTANT! ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR WALLET DATA BEFORE ANY UPDATE, SHUTDOWN WALLET COMPLETELY, THEN COPY YOUR WALLET DAT FILE TO A SAFE PLACE AND UPDATE. AND IF IS IT POSSIBLE ALWAYS ENCRYPTION WALLET WITH A STRONG PASSWORD!
