Java 8 + time-in-force support

This library is now built using Java 8.

Also, you can now specify the time-in-force property when placing limit orders, and there are some new convenience methods to place market and limit orders.

Adding Support for BCH/MXN book

Fix withdrawal error

There is an error on XRP withdrawal when TAG is submitted as one of the withdrawal parameters.
