+## Ingredients
+
+* 500g potatoes (cooked and cubed)
+* 1 small red onion, finely chopped
+* 1 Granny Smith apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
+* 2 dill pickled cucumber (chopped)
+* 150 ml sour cream
+* Juice 1/2 lemon
+* Salt and pepper
+
+## Method
+
+1. Mix chopped apple in lemon juice.
+2. Add remaining ingredients.
+3. Serve chilled.
