# Seafood / Crab / Surimi Sticks | ||

## Ingredients | ||

||
* 500g seafood sticks, surimi or crab mex sliced into sticks | ||
* 1 cup self raising flour | ||
* 1 egg | ||
* 1 cup cold water | ||
* 1 tsp salt | ||
* 1 Tb corn/potato starch (optional) | ||
|
||
## Method | ||
|
||
1. Mix batter and coat sticks well | ||
2. Shallow deep fry in a small pan for 1-2 min till golden brown | ||
