# Cheesy Mushroom Chicken | ||

Serves: 6 | ||

Time: 15 min prep + 20 min cook | ||
|
||
## Ingredients | ||
|
||
* 90g butter | ||
* 4 chicken breast fillets (500g?) | ||
* 1 1/2 Tbl plain flour | ||
* 2 cups milk | ||
* 1/2 cup cream (300ml is plenty) | ||
* 1 cup grated cheese | ||
* 500g sliced mushrooms | ||

## Method | ||
|
||
1. Cut chicken into nice strips. | ||
2. Melt butter in frying pan. | ||
3. Brown chicken. | ||
4. Remove chicken and keep warm. | ||
5. Add flour to pan with left over butter and chicken juice. Stir ~1 min. | ||
6. Add milk, cream, cheese. Stir till cheese melts and sauce thickens. | ||
7. Add mushrooms, cook for ~5 min. | ||
8. Add chicken back to pan and serve. | ||
