# Checken with Olives and Feta | ||

Serves: 8 | ||
|
||
## Ingredients | ||
|
||
* 250g pasta | ||
* 6 chicken thigh (~900g) | ||
* 2 brown onions | ||
* 2x 425g can crushed tomatoes | ||
* 200g feta cheese | ||
* 1/2 cup sliced black olives | ||
|
||
## Method | ||
|
||
1. Cook pasta. Dice chicken. Slice onion. Dice feta. | ||
|
||
2. Brown chicken. | ||
|
||
3. Add onion and cook till soft. | ||
|
||
4. Add tomatoes. Simmer for ~5 min. | ||
|
||
5. Mix in pasta, feta and olives. | ||
|
||

|
||
Would be great to replace the chicken with seafood extender, prawns and a dash of lemon for a marinara twist! | ||
