## Ingredients | ||
|
||
* 500ml full greek yogurt | ||
* 100ml dolop cream (opt) | ||
* 1 cup blueberries (or mixed blueberries) | ||
* 1 Tb glucose syrup | ||
* 2 Tb maple syrup | ||
* 1/4 tsp xanthan gum | ||
|

## Method | ||
|
||
1. Microwave the glucose syrup ~ 20 sec till runny. | ||
2. Add everything excluding cream/yogurt to the blender, and blend keeping chunky. | ||
3. Stir the blended fruit mix into the yogurt. | ||
4. Refridgerate in moulds for a few hours till thickened. | ||
5. Freeze for min 3 hours. | ||
