# Pad Thai | ||

Time: 20 min prep + 10 min cook | ||

## Marinade Ingredients (optional) | ||

* lemon juice | ||
* lime juice | ||
* salt | ||

## Sauce Ingredients | ||
|
||
* 1/2 tsp garlic | ||
* 1 Tb soy sauce | ||
* 1 Tb lime juice | ||
* 2 Tb rice vinegar | ||
* 3-4 Tb brown sugar | ||
* 2 Tb fish sauce | ||
* 1-2 Tb peanut oil or peanut butter | ||
* 1 tsp tamarid paste | ||
* 1/3 cup water | ||
* 1 Tb chicken stock | ||

## Ingredients | ||
|
||
* 2 chicken breast diced | ||
* hand full of prawns, frozen veg and/or bean sprouts (optional) | ||
* 1/2 pack - 250g pad thai noodles | ||
* 1/2 tsp garlic | ||
* 1/2 onion | ||
* 2 eggs lightly beaten | ||
* 1 bok choy | ||

## Method | ||
|
||
1. Mix sauce in bowl. | ||
2. Put pad thai noodles in boiling water. | ||
2. Max heat brown chicken and put aside. | ||
3. Fry garlic & onion. | ||
4. Add eggs and scramble. | ||
5. Add sauce, drained noodles and all other ingredients. Simmer till most sauce absorbed. | ||

Serve with crushed peanuts and a squeeze of lemon. | ||
