- 500g pasta
- 1-2 Tb garlic paste
- 3/4 cup lemon juice (3-4 lemons, 1 zested)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup parmigiano shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup leafy parsley
- butter/milk/cream/yogurt for smoothness

- To Large bowl, add garlic, lemon juice, oil and mix
- Add parsley, 1/4 cup of cheese, any milk, butter and mix
- add cooked pasta to sauce, dont drain for long, keep wet in its own starch as thickener
- Add remaining cheese, zest and 2Tb parsley and mix
