- 3/4 cup (200g) butter
- 3-4 eggs
- 100ml yogurt or 2Tb milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tb honey
- 2 cups sr flour
- 2 lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (opt if using sr flour)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tb sugar
- 3 Tb boiling water
- 1/2 lemon juice
- blend all together
- A shallow cake cooks quicker and evenly
- cook ~30-40m @ 180c
- cool in oven/tray ~10-15m, then tray
