- olive oil
- butter
- bag gnocchi
- 1-2 cup green peas
- 3 tomatoes cubed
- bag baby spinach
- 1 onion sliced
- garlic
- slice of lemon
- bacon
- light sour cream
- Boil gnochhi, when floats cook for another 3 mins. Then drain.
- Hot frypan add generous oil, butter and gnocchi. Fry till golden brown.
- Add green peas (mircowave before adding if frozen) and pepper.
- Put to the side.
- Add oil, butter, garlic, onion and begin to brown.
- Add tomatoes and salt till juice simmers off.
- Add bay spinch till softens.
- Serve with slices of lemon and parmesan.
