Serves 6
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 cloves finely minced garlic
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1Tb dry active yeast
- 1/4 cup plain/greek yogurt
- ~2 cups bread/plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tb garlic butter
- Mix ingredients including some garlic butter and knead for 4-6m
- Place in oil or garlic butter lined container, let rise for 1-2hr
- Cut into 6 and let proof for 15-20m
- Roll out on floured surface
- Cook in a very hot max heat, dry cast iron skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side
