Serves 8
- 1 baguette bread
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley or coriander
- pinch salt
- Cut a baguette into diagonal slices that are 1-inch thick
- Add a 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil into a large bowl, also add in a 1/4 cup of margarine, finely shred in 3 cloves of garlic and 2 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley, whisk together until well combined
- Evenly spread the mixture on each piece of baguette bread, then add the breads into a baking tray lined with foil paper and season each bread with sea salt
- Add into a preheated oven, bake option 250 C for exactly 3 minutes, remove from the oven and serve, enjoy! (or 200C for 8-10 mins)
If you want to use butter, replace margarine + oil mix with 1/2 cup of softened butter
