serves 4
- 2 cups of chicken or veg stock
- 1 can creamed corn (wifey doesnt like this)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tb cooking wine
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp cornflour/cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1 cup diced/shredded chicken
- frozen veg/corn
- spring onions
- Bring to boil - stock, creamed corn, soy, wine, ginger, garlic, cornflour
- When boilding, bring temp down to simmer, let thicken
- Add extras, chicken
- Turn off, add egg and mix through till it ribbons
