Chinese Corn Soup with Chicken

serves 4

Ingredients

• 2 cups of chicken or veg stock
• 1 can creamed corn (wifey doesnt like this)
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 Tb cooking wine
• 1 tsp ginger minced
• 1 tsp garlic minced
• 1 tsp cornflour/cornstarch
• 1 egg
• 1 cup diced/shredded chicken

Extras

• frozen veg/corn
• spring onions

Method

1. Bring to boil - stock, creamed corn, soy, wine, ginger, garlic, cornflour
2. When boilding, bring temp down to simmer, let thicken
3. Add extras, chicken
4. Turn off, add egg and mix through till it ribbons
