Serves: 8
- 250g pasta
- 6 chicken thigh (~900g)
- 2 brown onions
- 2x 425g can crushed tomatoes
- 200g feta cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives

Cook pasta. Dice chicken. Slice onion. Dice feta.

Brown chicken.

Add onion and cook till soft.

Add tomatoes. Simmer for ~5 min.

Mix in pasta, feta and olives.
Would be great to replace the chicken with seafood extender, prawns and a dash of lemon for a marinara twist!
