Serves: 6 Time: 15min prep + 20min cook
- 600g chicken
- 1 brown onion
- 475g jar stir through mushroom sauce
- 420g can corn kernels
- bowl of frozen veg
- 2 Tbl peanut butter (optional)
- 1 Tbl gravy powder (optional)
- 1 Tbl milk (optional)
- 20g margarine (optional)
- Dice chicken. Defrost frozen veg. Dice onion.
- Brown chicken in wok.
- Throw onion in with butter in wok. Brown.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for ~10 min.
Serve with rice or mash. Original recipie says to put in dessert dishes and top with puff pastry brushed with milk. Oven for ~15mins.
