- 1Tb chinese cooking wine
- 1Tb soy sauce
- 2tsp seasame oil
- 500g chicken
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or mince)
- 1/2tsp ginger powder (or mince)
- 1cup chicken broth
- 2Tb raw sugar (or the unhealthy version: 3Tb white sugar)
- 2Tb soy sauce
- 2Tb oyster sauce
- 2Tb hoisin sauce
- 2tsp cornstarch + 2tsp water slurry
- 1/2cup cashew nuts
- 1kg frozen veg
- Dice chicken and marinade
- Defrost frozen veg
- Mix the sauce ingredients together in a pot
- Brown chicken in wok. On the side, boil the sauce in the pot
- Add defrosted veg
- Add boiling sauce
- Boil for a bit then serve
