- 3 cups bread flour
- 2Tb yeast
- 1 x 320ml jug water
- stick in bread machine
- 1Tb yeast
- 1Tb sugar
- 3.5 cups flour
- 400ml warm water or milk
- 1.5tsp salt
- 1Tb oil
- 6hr first rise till tripple size
- fold dough
- place in pan, rise 1hr
- butter on crust to soften
- 210c preheated for 30-40m
