- 500g thin sliced beef
- 3 Tb soy
- 2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp warm water
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 egg fried per person
- lettuce or baby spinach
- white carrot/veg etc...
- rice/noodles
- Slice your beef into thin pieces. Marinade
- Cook other veg + rice/noodles
- Consume
