Serves 4
- 500-800g beef gravy/casserole cut
- 2 tomatos
- 1 egg plant
- 1 red onion
- 3 carrots
- 3 small potatoes
- 2-3 stick cellary
- 2 cloves garlic
- Peel and cube ingredients
- Fry oil garlic and vegetables in pan
- Sear beef cubes seperately
- Dump everything in the pressure cooker
- Add stock (beef/chicken) about 1 litre of water
- Cook use stew setting, takes about 40-60 mins
