Serves: 4
- 500g mince beef
- 1 brown onion
- 410g can crushed tomatoes
- 439g can chick peas
- 1 tso beef stock + water
- 1 tsp allspice
- Rinse and drain chick peas, dice onion, make beef stock. Cook rice
- Cook garlic and onion in a dash of oil, till onion is soft.
- Add mince, cook til browned.
- Add tomatoes, stock and all spice, simmer for ~10 mins.
- Add chick peas (+ rice if you want), simmer for ~5mins.
