- 2 med/large bananas (or 3 small)
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 (2 Tb) cup milk
- 1 cup quick oats (no flour if using oat bran)
- 1/8 cup plain flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbs vanilla essence
- 1 Tb yoghurt
- Toppings: walnuts, poppy seeds etc..
- Throw ingredients to blender
- Pour into muffin tray
- Bake in air frier 150 degrees for about 18 mins
