- 1/2kg bacon
- 1 large onion
- 8 eggs
- puff pastry
- milk glaze
- salt + pepper to taste
- mixed veg
- boiled diced spinach
- cheese
- 300ml thickened cream
- Precook bacon and onion slightly
- Puff pastry as base and top
- Either dice and mix, or layer like a lasagnae
- Bake 180c 25-30m
