  1. open the app
  2. go to offerbook (buy/sell tab)
  3. tap on the "+" icon to create an offer
  4. choose sell and click on continue on the warning
  5. select any currency e.g. "Euro"
  6. click next on all screens till the offer gets created leaving default values
  7. open your desktop app and go to euro offerbook, observe

ER: There is a bubble with at least a (1) indicating there is a new offer + you can see the offer and take it
OR: the (1) bubble appears indicating a new offer was created, but when clicking on the euro offerbook the offer is not there.
