[Feature Request] Publication / Call out of JSON schema files that are already present within the stencil-cli to advertise existence for compliance

Hi BC Team,

This is a request for a dedicated entry to be added to the setup instructions of stencil CLI calling out the existence of existing json schema spec files found here:
https://github.com/bigcommerce/stencil-cli/tree/988c7878bf8d3838955478b67dd7938ab90fc0eb/lib/schemas

This should be a dedicated article pointing to the files under the https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/stencil/cli/install mostly calling out the fact that they exist and can be used to ensure you didn't mess up the configs with custom keys that are invalid.
