Map does not show in Post admin #63
Comments
It should work fine with the site URL different from the WP address. Please could you try installing the main development version to see if this works for you. |
Thnaks Ben. I have installed your latest version, but still the same pb. I can load maps when accessing my site from the Wan, not from the Lan. I found a workaround, which is to change external IP addresses to internal ones everywhere when I'am on the Lan, but that is not very user friendly and error prone. Any other way to solve it ? otherwise, great product, thanks a lot ! |
When you say "My site URL is different from the WP address" is id a completely different domain? |
Hi, guys. I have the same issue. As far as I understand there is something with banning me/my website admin panel from Google Maps. I've experienced this f***up for the last two hours. And it is so disappointing. May the plugin reinstall help? Could it be that Google banned me somehow from Google Maps API access? I see no errors in Google API Console anyway. |
Same problem on my site. Any updates? |
Hi Ben,
Sorry to bother you with most certainly a trivial issue.
I get the message "Loading google map, please wait ..." forever, when I create a new post or edit an old one to add the Geolocation info.
I 've searched the forums, seemed the pb was fixed, but I still encounter the issue. I'm using WP 3.9.2, WPGeo 3.3.8. Fresh new site, almost no content, no other plugin except akismet. I even got a google API key and entered it, just in case ! My site URL is different from the WP address, on purpose, and I do not want to change it unless absolutely necessary.
Probably my mistake somewhere, soory about that, but any hint to solve it ?
