[Product and Request Page] Highlight the Users that lack or have invalid UPN, IDIR, Ministry for existing products

Description:
On Prod we have some products that have users with invalid UPN and/or IDIR and/or Ministry.
We need to Highlight those users in UI with a message of what parameter is invalid.
When they visit the product, they would see a message that one or more of the Contacts have invalid fields.
If they unfold the Contacts they would see that the Contact card is highlighted and has the Error described.
