Change: Alternative Parameter Methodology name

Per a discussion with BA, some methodology strings have been incorrectly used.
"Alternative Parameter Methodology" and "Alternative Parameter Measurement" refer to the same thing and should more appropriately be called "Alternative Parameter Measurement Methodology".

We will need to change these values throughout the project
