Adds a very simple adaptor api which just let's the know of the adapter as to what is where (paths) and what assets were generated by the build.
This in theory should be enough for the bundler for different environments to decide how to bundle / move things for their requirements.
The default workflow is for node so the first adaptor is the node one.
