APPis the directory name for the CPU user code, e.g.freetribe/cpu/src/apps/monosynth.MODULEis the directory name for the DSP user code, e.g.freetribe/dsp/src/modules/monosynth. At some point I'll overhaul the build system so user code is in a separate tree and we just pass the project name.
