Currently, the hover effect on the mission cards lacks visual appeal and does not provide an engaging user experience. This issue aims to improve the styling on mission card hover to create a more visually appealing look.

The mission cards are an essential element of our webpage, and enhancing their hover effect will add a touch of interactivity and professionalism to the overall design. By improving the hover style, we can create a more engaging and enticing experience for users, encouraging them to interact with the mission cards and explore further.
