Description:
Apparently there are some dependencies in ballerina-lang repo which could be removed. Some of them were detected in this PR #30837. Some of them are obsolete as stdlibs have been moved and no need to pack inside bre/lib.

This would increase the pack size and also may detected in security scans as its there in the pack.
