Description:

Describe your problem(s)
Currently Ballerina Shell does not have test cases to test module imports that are not langlib imports.
This makes it harder to track some bugs and fixes. (eg: #29644)

Describe your solution(s)
This can be fixed either by writing ballerina distribution tests or migrating ballerina shell to a separate project.
