Support Apple Silicon GPU and Podman executor

Bacalhau blog post from 2023 states that Apple Silicon is supported https://blog.bacalhau.org/p/unleash-the-power-of-gpus-for-docker. But GPU docs does not state that Apple GPU is actually supported https://docs.bacalhau.org/setting-up/gpu.

Describe the solution you'd like
GPU passthrough on Apple is supported in Podman https://podman-desktop.io/docs/podman/gpu. Please add Podman executor to Bacalhau to use support Apple hardware.
