Update the "SBT Workshop" link to point to the new site, instead of the "old version" site.

Issue # (if applicable)

Closes #.

Reason for this change

The "SBT Workshop" link takes user to the "old version" of the workshop, while the new version is already published and available to public.

Description of changes

Changed link to point "SBT Workshop" to the latest version, and remove the link to the "old version" site.

Description of how you validated changes

Clicked on the link and confirmed that I land on the latest version of the SBT Workshop site.
