Flows being referenced with lookup in DWL are marked as not used flows.
In the case you have a dwl calling a flow like this and not a flow-ref using it : lookup('flow-name',payload),
lookup('flow-name',payload),
The linter with the rule : UnusedFlowRule will fail with the error saying that the 'flow-name' is not being used.
