Add markdown to descriptions

Some ware descriptions are oddly formatted because they are intended to be markdown.
Render markdown for ware descriptions on the browse page (and potentially also individual ware page so it is set up for future use)

• as a user, if viewing a ware with markdown in its description on the /browse page, i can see the markdown

• need to determine whether wares are generally formatted with markdown, html, etc. and if there is a consistent choice across most providers.
