0.4.9 Release Planning

I'd like 0.5.0 to be a fairly stable and public release, and so would like to give us a buffer release to test out the following changes on a collaborative run.

For 0.4.9, I'd like to get the following PRs in:

• bugfix: handle reproduce directory paths correctly #61
• Add tests for RPKI ASN tiebreaks #55
• Improve rpki validation #62

then

• run a collaborative run with this release

Then we can tidy up whatever issues or feedback comes up, if any, for 0.5.0. For example I'd like to add some diagrams to the website and maybe get the test data repo setup if that works out.

Let me know if this sounds ok, and if you have other ideas @fjahr .
