Improve artdaq config generation skeleton

I recently did a test where I created a simple artdaq system from scratch in the artdaq config editor. However, this system was unable to start due to missing configuration elements.

When looking for the servcies block, I realized that the default skeleton for the builders and loggers leaves art completely unconfigured, when there is a sensible default configuration we could use instead.
