Describe the bug
I have enabled everything it asked me to, but I don't see an option for Advanced in Safari Extensions settings.

  1. Open WebShield
  2. You get the notice
  3. Go and check Safari settings
  4. WebShield Advanced not an option, everything else is fine

Expected behavior
WebShield Advanced should exist as an extension in Safari settings.

@ExtRIELICi the advanced extension doesnt work through github releases because apple requires webextensions to be distributed through testflight or the app store. codesign will fail to verify if you use the .app provided by github releases. if you want to use the advanced extension youll have to use the testflight

please consider confirming if installing webshield through testflight resolves your issue. then i can close this issue if needed

So I'll have to download WebShield via TestFlight for everything to work correctly?

Thanks!

Yes, you can close it. I don’t have time to test it right now due to time constraints, and I’m currently using wBlock temporarily. If I try WebShield via TestFlight and encounter the same issue, I’ll let you know.
