Canary ingress doesn't contain original annotations?

Hello,

I compare original and canary ingresses and I see that canary doesn't contain original annotations, only nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io/canary and nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io/canary-weight.

Does this mean that the annotations of the original ingress are not applied during the rollout, when part of the traffic goes through the canary ingress?
